CORESTATE Bank successfully supported the acquisition financing of a residential building land portfolio in the surroundings of Berlin.
The portfolio consists of seven sites with a total land area of around 57,500 m². The development includes the planning of terraced and multi-family houses - a total of 187 units with a lettable area of around 23,000 m².
The financing covers the acquisition and planning costs of the portfolio and is provided in the form of bonded loans and bonds.
