CORESTATE Bank arranges the acquisition financing of EUR 32 million for a buy and hold portfolio of 21 properties.
It is a distributed residential portfolio with a high degree of diversification in terms of residential complexes, tenants and properties covering a rental area of 50,129m².
A large part of the properties are located near the coast in Rostock and Stralsund / Rügen, as well as Halle (Saale). The portfolio consists of well-maintained and partially refurbished apartment buildings, a retail space and a commercial property, which are in good condition, and 128 parking spaces.
