Aggregate Financial Services advised on the successful EUR 18m financing for the development “Mariannenpark” in Leipzig.
Aggregate Financial Services advised on the successful completion of the EUR 18m refinancing transaction, consisting of a senior and junior mortgage loan for the development “Mariannenpark / Alter Postbahnhof” in Leipzig. The area consists of a northern part and a southern part. While the northern part has been fully developed and leased the proceeds of the refinancing are to be used for the further development of the southern section as well as a neighbouring property that has been purchased. The project provides for office space and the building permit is expected in due course.
